Redesigning the pay and transfer flow with a focus on transparency, ease of use, clear status updates and collecting just enough information from users. This will hopefully ensure users always in the loop on everything regarding where and when their money is going.
The redesign we generally well received and a check in with the Fintech operations team, revealed that customer queries about transfer fees, status of transfers has reduced greatly. As of this moment, we are still iterating on to ensure that we building momentum to create an even better cross-border payment experience for our users.
