Solution

To redesign the giga mobile app with a focus on minimalistic and professional UI, clear call to action and unambiguous labels ensuring users will always be able to complete their tasks in the most efficient manner.

Results

A task-based usability test was conducted with 1 user with 5 of the most common tasks a giga user would go through when using the app. The purpose of this test was to understand if the redesigned app has solved the issues identified by this designer. Based on the results, it seems that the redesigned app did solve the issues that where highlighted earlier
