The dated design, various layout issues and unclear call to action will probably lead to users unclear on how to purchase add-ons or even just checking on their data usage on the giga app.
To redesign the giga mobile app with a focus on minimalistic and professional UI, clear call to action and unambiguous labels ensuring users will always be able to complete their tasks in the most efficient manner.
A task-based usability test was conducted with 1 user with 5 of the most common tasks a giga user would go through when using the app. The purpose of this test was to understand if the redesigned app has solved the issues identified by this designer.
